I am a South African, but lived in Lima for 10 months. I have used this company twice and BOTH times I was blown away. Our trips to Machu Picchu, Cusco and the Rainforest were phenomenal!!! All of our needs...and more were catered for. They were professional, accommodating and reliable... Right from the booking agent to the guides.
The guides were a wealth of information and always went out of their way to make our adventure one that will be tucked away into our hearts forever! All of the hotels that we stayed in were superior to anything that I expected. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to experience the best that Peru has to offer. Live the Legend!

I just got
back from Peru and this tour company was wonderful. I would happily use them again on future trips to Peru. We had very helpful and professional people as guides and drivers. They did everything in their power to make our trip enjoyable...including a surprise hotel upgrade and extra effort to get us to the Cusco airport ahead of a expected city labor strike. I liked the personal service rather than the 'herd' approach to tours & travel.Enquire Now
this company recently and had a very positive experience. They had the best prices of all of the companies that I contacted and the service while I was in Peru was all top of the line. They really did a great job putting it all together especially with the schedule and time frame that we required. I did most of my booking through Nathaly and the communication was the best of the Peru tour companies that I contacted. They are legit and I highly recommend them. I also wrote a positive review on their facebook page.Enquire Now
got back from our trip to Peru and we had a great time. Peru Travel now got us some great hotels and they were easy to deal with. I did it all by e mail except for one call right before I wired the money down to them. They sub contracted the actual execution of what they planned for us to Viajes Pacifico. VP was great, always someone to meet us at every transfer, always kept us informed as to what happened next, the got our luggage from the Olly train station back to Cusco while were in Aguas, no problem and the guides were extremely knowledgableEnquire Now

Magical Peruvian Tour Via Peru Travel Now
I just arrived back from two weeks in Peru and it was a outstanding experience . Every inch of this country is drenched in culture just waiting to be discovered by its visitors. The tour guides that I had were veritable oracles of information. many of which went above and beyond their call of duty, even offering me their cellphone numbers, and telling me to call if I needed anything. The hotels, the restaurants were all top notch. I am in love with this country and culture. I was treated like a rock star from the beginning to end of the trip. The real treasure in this country is its people. I especially would like to thank Nathaly De los Santos, and Grethel Padoyani for helping to make this trip picture perfect. Great job!!!Enquire Now
We used Peru Travel Now
for our trip to Peru in June 2012, which included 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Working with Nathaly at Peru Travel Now was very easy. We used emails to communicate back and forth. She was always willing to provide suggestions and changes to our itinerary. We even called her few times during our trip planning process. They arranged our trip to Lima, Puerto Maldonado, Cusco, Machu Picchu, Puno and Lake Titicaca. All hotels, guides, food, excursions were well planned and we did not feel as if we were rushed. Being in a foreign country, we did not have to stress out about pick-ups/transfers to/from airport/train station/hotel. All the arrangements for the trip were well planned and we did not have any issues during the trip. We would highly recommend using them for any trip to Peru.Enquire Now
Peru Travel Now is awesome.
My family and I stayed with them and they are a lovely couple and so full of life. They make you feel like you are traveling with friends but with a real Peruvian experience. Kelly made the best breakfast for us. So sweet. She would also sit in our rooms and just talk to my sister and I like we had been friends forever. What a pleasant experience. I would definitely use them again. :)Enquire Now
Peru Trip - Glorious,
Wonderful and Amazing; including Balletas, Nasca, Arequipa, Colca Valley, Titicata, Cusco, and Machu Picchu.
First of all, this trip fulfilled a lifetime wish - to visit Machu Picchu. And it was also part of our (insane) plan to visit all important places in the world that begin with the letter "P". Don't ask why, please. Just think Patagonia, Petra, Portugal, Peru, Prague, and Puerto Rico, Panama, Provence...
We chose the beginning of April as the end of the off-season and also the end of the rainy season. As I planned the trip, the number of sites that we wanted to see kept mushrooming: Machu Picchu, Lima, Nazca Lines, Lake Titicata, Cusco, etc. I soon realized that I needed professional help for this one: the distances, complex bus schedules, train schedules, plane schedules, transports, multiple hotels required too much local knowledge and experience to fit things into our 2 week schedule. So I called 2 U.S. based travel specialists and discussed itineraries with them. The estimates of $3500/person were beyond our budget and I almost gave up.
Then I contacted travel-sites based in Lima. The best for us was Perutravelnow.com. I liked the ability to call them on an 800- number, and found them very responsive and flexible. I made all the arrangements with their agent, Nathaly De Los Santos who was extremely helpful and fun to deal with. She was especially attentive to all the many tiny details that made a trip like this completely successful. Our plan required high level communication and reliable timing for pick-ups, drop-offs, schedules and reservations. Nathaly and Perutravelnow excelled in every possible way. I cannot find words to express my awe and gratitude for their performance. Especially since the land costs were $1722/person, including all breakfasts and most lunches. (The flight from Cusco to Lima was not included). They have one of the best travel web-sites I have yet seen: it includes panoramic views, travel books, and recipes. I recommend them without reservation.
This is what we did, day by day - with my comments:
1. Arrival in Lima - with flight delays, we got in late, 10:30pm. We were greeted immediately and transferred to the hotel. We had requested tourist class hotels, since we simply wanted clean places with good beds and warm showers. Every hotel met these requirements: good locations and clean rooms.
2. Early morning bus to Paracas; then boat trip to Balletas Islands. This is the local Galapagos with a gigantic colony of 800,000 cormorants, boobies, sea lions, Humboldt penguins, pelicans and an albatross. Fabulous sights - not to be missed. Afternoon bus to Nazca where we were picked up by our guide. Great little tour of Nasca Lines from the ground, 1000 year-old underground aqueducts, stone spirals, local pottery making. One of the best tours we have been on.
3. Morning tour of Nazca necropolis. Amazingly preserved mummies and grave-sites. I would not want to miss this. Afternoon flight over Nasca Lines. Excellent. You can also see them on the aerial view on Google Earth. Evening bus to Arequipa.
4. Arequipa. Many interesting things, but especially the Cloisters.
5. Guided tour through Colca Valley. Interesting villages; herds of alpacas, vicunas, and llamas. Thousands and thousands of them. Great lunch with local music. Volcanos in the distance, magnificent scenery.
6. Colca canyon. The deepest canyon in the world (really). Condors drifting overhead - magnificent sight. Unforgettable. More villages and lunch. Afternoon bus to Puno.
7. Lake Titicata. I was ill with gastroenteritis and stayed in bed. My wife loved the first floating island that they visited and took many pictures for me. She commented that the second island on the other side of the lake involved a long boat trip (1 - hours each way) and was not as engaging. She recommends just doing the first part.
8. Bus tour to Cusco. This was a tourist bus that was very good. We stopped at Pucara for the local museum, lunch with local music, La Raya (great views) and Racchi (Temple of Wiracocha). This was a great way to see a lot of the southern Peru countryside. Arrived in Cusco in the evening.
9. In the morning we toured important Inca sites near Cusco - Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca Pucara viewpoint and Tambomachay. Each of these was special and memorable. In the afternoon we toured Cusco city and the huge San Pedro Market. There were too many places to list here. All worth seeing.
10. Trip to Sacred Valley. More alpacas, llamas, traditional weaving and dyeing. Stayed in Ollantaytambo. Spectacular views.
11. Train to Aguas Calientes - along the Urubamba River. One of the wildest rivers in the world. Then most of the day in Machu Picchu. No picture can do it justice. A breath-taking spiritual, natural and human wonder that humbles all who witness it. Excellent guide, Evening train back to Cusco
12. Morning flight to Cusco. We visited the National Archeology Museum and the Largo Museum in the afternoon, on our own and enjoyed both. The Largo has an excellent and wonderful restaurant. This was a perfect end to a glorious trip.
So, 12 days and 7 hotels later we can still recall with wonder how much we saw and how perfectly the trip went. There were absolutely no disappointments. There is much more to tell and you may email me for any additional information.
Note: Perutravelnow agents met us at every change-point and made sure that we were checked in to the next bus, hotel, or event. We had a great sense of comfort with this and also had the opportunity to talk about local customs and things not in the guidebooks.
Note: if you prefer luxury accommodations, the cost of the trip can increase considerably.
Another note: I took an iPad on this trip and had downloaded 2 guidebooks on it. I thought that this would be more convenient than carrying the books, but it was not. Due to weather and bright sun, the iPad was more useful in the evening and on the bus. I would have preferred a book in my pocket many times. However, since the buses and all hotels had WiFi, the iPad was very useful for the usual things: email, Skype, downloaded books and movies.

I just got back
from 2 weeks in Peru that was planned by Peru Travel Now. They are a reputable company, and they took very good care of us. They booked interesting tours, used good guides, and booked us at great hotels. My only complaint was that we had a 12 hour layover at the Lima airport on the last day. I would suggest looking over your itinerary very carefully, and making sure that you are comfortable with the travel schedule and the tours that are booked for you. It can be a lot to digest at once, but taking the time to do so will ensure that you have a fantastic experience.Enquire Now
That is a very good point.
We were in a similar situation - our tour ended at the hotel in Cusco on Friday night. Our flight back home was 9:49 pm Saturday night. So after discussing this with Nathaly before the trip, we decided to take a morning flight to Lima. Then we checked all our luggage at the airport - as Nathaly suggested. That left us the entire afternoon to enjoy some sights in Lima. We had previously talked this over and simply took taxis to the two museums we were interested in, had a great dinner and returned to the airport in time for our flights. Once again, Perutravelnow gave very helpful suggestions and strategic information. We could, of course chosen any number of other things to do for a half day in Lima.
The lesson is to think through the details of every day of your trip. Even little things like how to get a decent meal late at night after a flight delay...Enquire Now
the many similarly named agencies has tripped me up. I went back and looked at some of my posts and see where I made my mistake. I just got back
from Peru last week. Peru Travel Now is the agency I used. Nobody has recommended them to me; I just found them through Google. And at the time I was planning my trip, there really wasn’t enough reviews online. But I sure am glad they’re legit. Nathaly was my contact person; she made me feel at ease. I was a solo female traveler and I felt safe and secured in their agency’s hands. During my trip, I didn’t have to worry about anything. Everything was prepared for me, all I had to do was show up at the designated time. I had a great trip; one of the best!Enquire Now
I am using this
company now arranging a trip to Peru for summer 2013.
They have been responsive and flexible, though in the lasts days my emails have not been returned. My contact is Andrea Telleria . their prices are ok and customer service has been good so far.
They did put together for us a custom itinerary based on the places we would like to see and things we want to do.
We will visit Lima, Cusco, Sacred Valley, Machu Picch (aguas Calientes), and Lake Titicaca (puno).
It will be a lifelong dream to visit Machu Picchu, i haven't been to Peru yet and hopefully Peru Travel Now will help me make it an unforgettable experience.
I will post a detailed review on them later on.
I should mentioned i found this company through Google and what made me go with them was the reviews here on Trip Advisor, which i always trust.Enquire Now

and i just came back from our vacation in Peru with Peru Travel Now and wanted to post a review on their services.
We highly recommend this company. They took care of all the arrangements we asked for, so it was pretty easy planning. We spoke with Andrea Telleria and she was very responsive, flexible and friendly. Mostly did all my planning through email.
Let me just say that they subcontract to Viajes Pacifico in Peru, we did not have to worry about anything from the moment we arrived. All details were set. From transportation, transfers, pick ups, check ins at the hotels to MP tickets, train tickets and all entrance tickets to attractions, sites, etc...
No detail was overlooked!. The guides were friendly and very knowledgeable and spoke good english for the most part.

We are back from a wonderful Peru trip arranged by you and had a wonderful time. Even my wife who is very picky and hard to pleased said that the trip was excellent. The operation is seamlessly effective. Except at the Lima airport when we first arrived, we could not find our representative at the airport, but after about 45 minutes, we found him. After that, everything went very well.
At El Mapi in Aquas Calientes, the hotel is excellent that comes with daily breakfast and dinner. The complimentary buffet lunch was excellent too.
At Brujas de Cachiche buffet lunch was excellent too. We had 3 pisco sours then asked for the bill, then they told me that it was included in the buffet price. But the coffee and tea are not included! That is very funny. So may you inform the next guests so they will not miss out. By the way, Brujas de Cachiche is excellent. I like ceviche there, everyone in our party loved it. There is a boutique shop next to the restaurant, I forget the name, it's in an elegant building. They had wonderful alpaca clothings. We bought there quite a few pieces. You may recommend it to next guests too.

my son and I have returned from our amazing trip to Peru. I really enjoyed myself. I DEFINITELY plan to return.
I wanted to offer a little feedback.
Peru Travel Now was wonderful. Not perfect, but you were very close by my book. On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being perfect, you get a 9 to a 9.5. Your staff made me feel very comfortable and I virtually knew where you would be and had comfort knowing that since I do not speak Spanish and did not know my way around. The only real time there was confusion, was in Manchu Picchu city, finding my hotel. I knew where the lunch was, but did not know my hotel. Fortunately the guide had given me his card, so I asked the associates at a hotel to phone him and ask him where I was supposed to be. My responsibility as well, but my itinerary was in my bag, and they took that at the train station to the hotel while we went straight to the buses and up to see the mountain. The guide there was outstanding.
The Research Center in Tambopata was nothing like I expected but it was my son's favorite part of the trip. My only real criticism there is the bus transportation. On the return we waited over 30 minutes on road construction. I know you can't help the construction issue but the condition of the bus was bad. Hopefully they will address this or just come up with a better idea. The guides were ALL wonderful and the staff was incredible. You can't schedule nature or the weather. The food was good, although I wish more Peruvian the lasagna just seems so American; but they were very professional and I might take a group back there again.
A special thank you for helping me retrieve my son's cross from the Monastery. It was a beautiful location. The lunch we had in Sacred Valley was AMAZING and a wonderful experience. I would never have booked it or found it, so THANK YOU SO MUCH!
I am keeping your information for my next trip. I still need to see Condors and experience more little villages. I am glad I found you. Have a wonderful week and help the Research Center get better busses (by Western standards, my son actually considered it part of the experience he like it so much.)

Hi Andrea and Nathaly:
I am sorry that it has taken me so long to email you. I had a little misfortune and broke my arm in the Galapagos on the third day of our trip. I didn't know it was broken at the time and it didn't slow me down much. We were able to enjoy all of our tours and hike the Inca Trail.
I now have the cast off and so am able to type once again.
My husband, Ken and I just wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful job you did organizing and coordinating our November trip to Peru and Ecuador. Everything went so smoothly (except for the broken arm!!!!). All of the tours were very interesting and informative. The tour guides for the most part were very knowledgeable and helpful. We were also very pleased with the accommodations.
The Inca Trail was fantastic. We could not have had had a better guide or group to travel with. There were only 5 of us plus the guide and porters and we enjoyed each other's company so much. I would highly recommend the same tour to anyone else.
It must have taken a lot of patience and work on your part to put it all together. Thanks again for a trip of a lifetime within our budget. We loved Peru and Ecuador.
